As a RCI-licensed psychologist and rehabilitation counselor, currently pursuing my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. With hands-on experience in clinical settings and a deep commitment to mental health, I am dedicated to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to support individuals through empathetic listening, evidence-based techniques, and a holistic understanding of psychological well-being.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with diverse populations in both clinical and virtual settings—ranging from psychiatric hospitals to wellness studios—developing a strong foundation in diagnosis, mental status examinations (MSE). Using tailored-interventions, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, I equip individuals with tools to manage emotions, reframe negative thoughts, and regain control over their lives.
