    I’m now on my third session with Alana and I’m genuinely amazed at how much progress we’ve made in such a short time. Even though she is quite young, she is incredibly skilled, insightful and works with really effective tools and methods.

    I’ve previously been in therapy with two other psychologists (together more than 12 sessions) and never got nearly as far as I have with her already. She very quickly identified the core of my issues and we are now working concretely and purposefully with them using different techniques that really suit me.

    It feels safe, professional, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel that I’m moving forward. If you’re looking for someone who is sharp, committed and really good at what she does – book her.
