I am a psychologist having worked in both hospital settings and with major corporate firms. This diverse experience has allowed me to hone my skills as a psychologist. Currently, I am a dedicated researcher pursuing a PhD in Neuropsychology. I am trained in individual therapy, group therapy, and wellness coaching, and I adopt an eclectic approach in my practice. Additionally, I possess extensive multicultural exposure and experience working with clients of diverse gender identities and backgrounds, including individuals from both North and South India. Alana is amazing! She asks the best questions and guides me naturally back to myself and my inner voice.
It was a good introduction session in general. We did not discuss any tools due to time limitations, so hopefully the next sessions will be more helpful
I’m now on my third session with Alana and I’m genuinely amazed at how much progress we’ve made in such a short time. Even though she is quite young, she is incredibly skilled, insightful and works with really effective tools and methods.
I’ve previously been in therapy with two other psychologists (together more than 12 sessions) and never got nearly as far as I have with her already.
