I really had a great experience in my first therapy session with Alana, who was my therapist. And I felt really good after the therapy session. She helped me share and went out my concerns, which I really wanted to. And she gave me space to explore whatever issues I had and helped me navigate around what kind of challenges I was facing for the amount of time I was dealing with. Additionally, she also helped me look into the nature of my problems. And gave me a way to focus on it, to build insight on it. So that was really helpful. I'm also looking forward to book another session with her. This is my feedback. Really happy.
