When my partner and I first reached out to Lisa, we were both guarded, exhausted, and honestly unsure whether therapy could help us. Several months later, we communicate better, argue less destructively, and genuinely enjoy each other again. Our relationship isn’t perfect, no relationship is but we now have the tools and the trust in each other to work through hard moments without falling apart.
