    Like us our adolescent children may have issues which directly or indirectly affect their mental health that can also have a significant impact on their growth and development.     I support this notion that talking to a psychologist eases our pain and suffering. I am glad that I found the best psychologist, Mrs. Shabnam Firdus, for my online counselling. When I broke up with my girlfriend, I never thought I would make my way out of that depressed life but I thank Manochikitsa for assigning such a great professional to me.     Depression is the worst thing I have ever had. Challenges and problems in life come and go but if they succeed to stay with you then you must be in the world of depression for sure. I was about to get married with my fiancé but I was not happy. I was trapped in my thoughts like how would my life after marriage and would he support me like before or not etc. a girl’s life changes completely after marriage and that was bothering me and creating problems for me.
    I then registered my name at Manochikitsa for my counselling sessions. They are very responsive. They provided me with a psychologist within an hour. This shows they are active in their work. I explained my condition to my counselling psychologist who was assigned to me. I was counseled by her in positive ways and she taught me useful skills to deal with my own issues. She was able to give me space to express my feelings or things I wanted to work on. She was a perfect fit for me. I feel grateful to her. I highly recommend her.

    First of all, I want to say thanks to my guide, teacher and the special one who has filled my life with happiness. That person is my counselling psychologist, Mrs. Shabnam Firdus. You can also meet her with the help of Manochikitsa, she will help you in the best way.
    I chose the chat service of Manochikitsa because I was a shy kind of a girl and I knew I could tell my issues better on the chat. So, I talked to my counselling psychologist, Mrs. Shabnam via chat sessions. She is an outstanding counselling psychologist of the Manochikitsa team. After only a couple of sessions, I felt better. She was always there to help me when I was all alone. Specifically, she understood my situation and never judged me.

    My counselling psychologist Mrs. Shabnam has been a motivational force who pushed me towards life, the most beautiful thing. I am just 25 years old but for me it is like I have seen too much. Last year, I married a person who started beating me, abusing me and torturing me every day for not bringing enough cash and stuffs in the dowry. Somehow, I escaped from their clutches but I was shocked and afraid. If I was touched by anyone even with good intentions, nevertheless I felt uncomfortable. My father arranged my online counselling session at Manochikitsa where I interacted with Mrs. Shabnam on video call. I seriously took time to recover. I have completed all my scheduled sessions lately and I am much better. She has changed my life and my perspectives towards my life. She is the best one and her approach, skills, and professionalism are commendable. If you are facing any kind of mental health issue then you must talk to her. I really admire her.
    Being a male, I never shared my things with anyone. When I was assigned to her, I could not resist myself sharing whatever I had to say. She assured me that everything would stay between both of us. Therefore, I was relaxed and calm. I felt like I was crying but I was comfortable with her. She understood me very well and started giving me exposure to some valuable skills and strategies so that I could manage my emotions, feelings, and anger issues.     Shabnam Firdus Mam is one of the best psychologists of Manochikitsa. I appreciate this online platform that provides online counselling services at a very affordable cost. I registered myself there for getting my online counselling sessions via video call. I was depressed because of the break up with my boyfriend. Sometimes I remained silent and burst into tears during the session but I never felt weird in front of her. I was comfortable with her.     Depression is not an imaginary word but it is “Real Monster”, which resides in us. We feed it by paying too much attention to it, thinking negatively all the time and then we let this monster take control of our mind. Counselling is the best solution for dealing with it. I was also trapped in depression once due to my marital discord but I was helped by Manochikitsa. Mrs. Shabnam Firdus rescued me and helped me to get rid of depression. Being a woman, I had to hear many things from people and had to answer them so I was not ready to step outside so that I could avoid them. Video call sessions are the best way to connect with your psychologist. When I found Manochikitsa, I just booked my online counselling sessions because I wanted no more delay. I was already very late. I felt good when my counselling psychologist, Mrs. Shabnam, came online to take a session. I eagerly waited for her. She was my hope in my darkest hours.
