I was addicted to smoking a lot. I made smoking my stress buster. I felt relaxed after smoking. At a certain point, I realized I was doing something very wrong to me. Coming up with the idea of online counselling to get rid of my addiction because smoking is injurious to health as well as mental health. Dr. Sahebjeet Kaur guided me very well and because of her help, I reduced the consumption of cigarettes. I am really thankful to her.

I’d recommend Dr. Sahebjeet Kaur for online relationship counselling. It is a convenient source of getting help if you don’t want face-to-face interaction or you don’t have time to visit a clinic for counselling. My fiancé and I have had our online sessions with her and we both have found our relationship improved.
