I was addicted to smoking a lot. I made smoking my stress buster. I felt relaxed after smoking. At a certain point, I realized I was doing something very wrong to me. Coming up with the idea of online counselling to get rid of my addiction because smoking is injurious to health as well as mental health. Dr. Sahebjeet Kaur guided me very well and because of her help, I reduced the consumption of cigarettes. I am really thankful to her.
Addiction is not about smoking or drinking but it can be anything that satisfies your soul and calms your mind but yes, addiction with wrong things/materials can destroy you physical, mental and emotional health. Be careful about what you are addicted to.

I’d recommend Dr. Sahebjeet Kaur for online relationship counselling. It is a convenient source of getting help if you don’t want face-to-face interaction or you don’t have time to visit a clinic for counselling.
