2. Is therapy confidential, and how is my privacy protected?+
Yes, confidentiality is a non-negotiable part of my practice. Everything you share with me stays secure and private, ensuring that you can open up without any hesitation or worry.
3. As a client new to therapy and counseling, how do you help me?+

4. What can I expect during the first therapy session?+
The first session is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss what brought you here, what’s been on your mind, and the changes you’re hoping to make. It’s a relaxed and open conversation to start building trust and understanding.
5. How long does each session last?+
Each session is 45 minutes long—just the right amount of time to address your concerns without feeling rushed, while keeping the process meaningful.
6. Are sessions conducted online?+
Yes, all sessions are conducted online. This makes therapy accessible and convenient, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your home or any private space.
7. What issues or concerns do you commonly address in therapy?+
I work with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, and personal growth. My goal is to help you find clarity and confidence.

Yes, I work with clients across the globe. We can coordinate a time that works best for your schedule, no matter where you are.
15. How do I know if therapy is working for me?+
Progress in therapy can appear in small but meaningful ways—like improved self-awareness, better emotional balance, or more clarity in decision-making. We’ll regularly discuss your growth and adjust our approach as needed.
16. What tools or techniques do you use to help clients manage stress, anxiety, or depression?+
I use mindfulness exercises, thought-restructuring techniques, and grounding practices tailored to your unique needs. These tools empower you to manage overwhelming emotions effectively.
