With more than 15 years of thriving practice, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Relaxation, Yoga, and Breathing techniques. My clients are assured of full confidentiality during therapy sessions.
I address various psychological issues such as anger, fear, anxiety, and depression with empathy and effectiveness. Additionally, I offer therapy and counseling related to women empowerment, pre and post-marital counseling, parenting, and child and adolescent issues.
