    Anger ruins things and even affects your mental abilities. Trust me, it is dangerous not only for you but also for others who come to your contact. When I had intense anger issues, my relationships with my family, girlfriend and friends also got affected badly. I didn't really get any idea what I should do to calm myself down. Meditation, yoga and exercises didn't help much but online counselling did. Stephanie George, my psychologist, has been a great support throughout the process. From making me calm down to making me able to control my anger, she did her work perfectly. Thanks to her a lot.
