I’m a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a passion for improving mental health and breaking the associated stigmas. With years of specialized experience, I have developed a deep understanding and expertise in managing a wide array of behavioral and mental disorders including Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, and various Mood disorders. My clinical journey has enriched me with opportunities to work with diverse groups, including the elderly, individuals struggling with addictions and substance abuse, and children diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and Autism.
 
My academic and professional journey has equipped me with advanced skills in conducting comprehensive assessments related to Personality, Intelligence, Pathology, Interpersonal Relationships, Marriage and various scales of self-esteem, efficacy, and stress. I am proficient in implementing a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), Behavioral Therapy (BT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
