Today was my second session with Bharathi ma’am, I feel so light and positive already. She was able to identify my issues in the first session itself. She helped me identify myself better. All things we think as issues needn’t always be so. Every question she asked me kept me thinking a lot about myself. She made me identify things I should truly be grateful for. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for the comfort of sharing something with someone as close as your mother.
Really valuable feedbacks and very understanding. Tries to understand the problem with examples and gives real life anecdotes as well. Well experienced
Great session. She went through each of the points one by one and gave her suggestions and opinions
She is highly professional and meticulous in her approach. She consistently begins sessions on time, listens with full attention, and brings genuine empathy to every interaction. What sets her apart is her ability to identify and address the root causes of concerns, rather than focusing on surface-level symptoms.
Her structured and methodical approach brings clarity and direction to the therapeutic process, making each session purposeful and effective. She creates a safe and supportive environment that makes it easy to open up and engage honestly.
Working with her has provided me with meaningful insights and a clear path toward lasting healing.
She is very caring and patient. She takes the time to listen to the entire story and truly understand the situation before responding. Based on that, she thoughtfully and gradually guides me toward overcoming my challenges. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking genuine support and guidance.
She calmly listens.
I felt relaxed after talking to Bhartiji
I had my first counselling session with Bharathi ma’am, and it was a very positive experience. She listened to my concerns patiently and was able to understand my situation quite quickly. What stood out was how she helped me identify the core of my problem myself, making me more aware of where I’m currently stuck.
She also suggested practical solutions and helpful practices. It was a meaningful and insightful conversation, and I’m already feeling better after the session. I look forward to implementing what she shared. I would definitely recommend her.
I approached Therapist Bharathi Mam when I was struggling with health anxiety, and her guidance has been transformative. She listened with patience. She Made me feel safe and Supported. She explains things clearly, gives practical tools, and creates a safe space to share. I feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to handle my thoughts. I’m truly grateful for her support.
It really changed our outlook to such sessions they are really helpful.

I highly recommend Dr.Ann Thomas to anyone looking for meaningful growth. Her approach is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a safe space from the very first session. Her approach is interactive, offering fresh and interesting ideas to work on oneself. I left every session feeling energized by her positive vibes. She has helped me change my perspective on several long-standing issues, and I am so grateful for the positive change she has brought in me.
I reached out to Dr. Ann Thomas for online counseling to cope with chronic stress and emotional exhaustion related to caregiving for a family member with long-term illness. She helped me recognize how much I had been neglecting my own mental health. Through supportive counseling and ACT-based techniques, I learned how to set boundaries, manage guilt, and focus on self-care without feeling selfish. Even through virtual sessions, she created a strong therapeutic connection. I now feel emotionally stronger, less overwhelmed, and more accepting of my situation. Her guidance has made a real difference in my life.
I have been dealing with mental health issues for a long time now. Consulted other experts in the past and things did get better but somehing was always missing. I had to quit my previous therapists for some specific reasons so I was nervous about getting into therapy again. I consulted Dr. Ann Thomas at a very low point in my life and I had no hopes whatsoever had left with therapy. However, Dr. Ann's style suited me very well. She did assessment of my symptoms and structured a therapy plan. Fast forward to a few months down, I am already feeling a lot better than before. I owe it all to her. I had never imagined previously that I would be able to live without constant anxiety and worry.
If you are someone with a personality disorder, I highly recommend Dr. Ann Thomas.
She was empathetic, non-judgmental, and helped me gain clarity and emotional balance. The sessions were focused and goal-oriented, and I felt supported throughout the process. A very competent and ethical psychologist.
Professional
Sessions were focused and supportive, and I always felt heard. A knowledgeable and trustworthy clinical psychologist.

She provides a supportive environment where I can speak feely and make sense of my emotions. I feel a lot better after each session!
The session helped me and really appreciate the valuable feedback.
I was really struggling in my relationship and my own mistakes were pulling my relationship apart. At my partner's suggestion, we saw Yamini Elango Mam, and it was the best decision we could have made. She didn't judge; she just listened with so much patience. She helped me see my own blind spots and faults without making me feel attacked, which was exactly what I needed to actually change. It’s been six months now, and the 'betterment' is real—we’re in such a healthy place. If you feel like your relationship is hitting a wall, please go see her. She truly helps you find the way back to each other.
Was very helpful to talk to Yamini. Helped me explore the causes for my situation
It was first session and so far it's good.
Good, I want to get back to her
Yes,It was a great session with Yamini mam..She showed me my negative thoughts & gave some helpful tips to overcome it gradually...
I struggled a lot with overthinking and second-guessing myself in relationships. Yamini didn’t just offer advice—she helped me explore why I felt the way I did. Her calm and gentle nature made it easy for me to open up and reflect honestly.
I reached out to Yamini when I felt like I was running on empty. She helped me slow down, understand my emotional limits, and taught me that rest is not a weakness. Her sessions brought me back to myself.
I really enjoyed it and gained valuable clarity on some issues that were on my mind.
Thank you.

I recently consulted with Divya Nair Ma'am, and I am incredibly happy with the session. I had been struggling with my college workload and facing internal battles. Her insights were impactful she highlighted simple truths we often ignore. She provided me with a routine, and while I couldn't manage every detail, I followed it as best as I could. It has now been over 15 days, and I have completed all my pending work and feel much happier.
This was my first experience with a psychologist. I had previously seen a psychiatrist, but my family and I preferred a non-medical approach. That is when my elder brother recommended Manochikitsa. The pricing was reasonable, and I am truly grateful. I hope Manochikitsa continues to help others facing similar challenges.
I had been avoiding emotions for years, thinking I had to “stay strong.” Divya helped me open up slowly and reconnect with my feelings in a safe way.
I was struggling to communicate with my spouse without conflict. Divya helped me recognize my triggers and practice mindful communication.
I came to therapy feeling broken after a painful breakup. I struggled with trust and blamed myself for everything. Divya Nair created a space where I could heal at my pace. Her insight helped me rebuild not only trust in others, but in myself too. I'm more confident and emotionally stronger today.
Divya helped me see value in myself again. She’s empathetic, easy to talk to, and gives practical steps. I’ve grown a lot with her guidance.
Divya Nair madam is an excellent therapist. She held safe space for me to open up. I felt heard. She is empathetic and kind. I recommend her strongly.
Divya’s approach to my relationship issues was insightful and practical. She helped me and my partner communicate better, and her tools have made a noticeable difference in resolving conflicts. I feel more connected and understood in my relationship.
After a long-term relationship ended, I was left feeling lost and heartbroken. Divya mam guided me through the painful process of healing. She gave me tools to understand my emotions, let go of the past, and rebuild my confidence. I feel much more at peace with myself now, and I can finally move on. I’m deeply thankful for her compassionate guidance.
She helped me address the challenges I was facing as a father. Her advice on setting boundaries and managing conflicts with my children has been invaluable. I now feel more equipped and patient as a parent.
I had issues with trust in my relationship, and it was starting to take a toll. Divya mam helped me explore the reasons behind my insecurities and gave me practical advice on how to build trust again. She was patient and helped me understand both my feelings and my partner’s. With her support, I’m slowly rebuilding trust and feeling more secure in my relationship.

Parvathy creates a space to have a conversation that is both insightful and gave me some useful perspectives.
Very understanding and invested in the conversation. Makes you feel heard.
Excellent sessions. She is exceptional as she talks during the session along with me to discover what is going on in my subconscious mind and gives insights. Everyone has a different approach and I like hers. Helped me discover why issues come up in my daily life and what my feedback loop was and how to break them. I started enjoying life and discovering hobbies from being a person with no external life. K started being comfortable with spending money. I still continue to take these sessions as i believe therapy is maintenance care rather than acute. I’ve tried other psychologists in the same platform sessions are affordable with all the psychologists (2 others I tried in the platform) being good during various phases in my life but Parvathy Venugopal is someone I’m gonna stick with as I like her style of consultation. Find the therapist who clicks with you!
Very valuable and useful session. Found it very satisfying and would recommend for anyone…Thank you Parvathy Venugopal madam…
I constantly felt pressure from my family to live up to certain standards. Parvathy ma’am helped me differentiate between their voice and my own. She helped me build emotional clarity and confidence in setting boundaries.
I was feeling torn between responsibilities and emotional connection in my relationship. Parvathy Ma’am helped me gain perspective without placing blame. Her approach was structured but empathetic.
Deeply understanding and wise.
My therapist Parvathy Venugopal was very keen on understanding my issues and also gave me a lot of insight about what i am currently experiencing. Very glad that I came across this platform. Thanks Manochikitsa.

Alana is amazing! She asks the best questions and guides me naturally back to myself and my inner voice.
It was a good introduction session in general. We did not discuss any tools due to time limitations, so hopefully the next sessions will be more helpful
I’m now on my third session with Alana and I’m genuinely amazed at how much progress we’ve made in such a short time. Even though she is quite young, she is incredibly skilled, insightful and works with really effective tools and methods.
I’ve previously been in therapy with two other psychologists (together more than 12 sessions) and never got nearly as far as I have with her already. She very quickly identified the core of my issues and we are now working concretely and purposefully with them using different techniques that really suit me.
It feels safe, professional, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel that I’m moving forward. If you’re looking for someone who is sharp, committed and really good at what she does – book her.
Great session!
She was so patient and present to listen to all that I had to share, perhaps on repeat too! Felt really heard and seen. And suggested some useful interventions to help me with my hyper vigilance.
This was my first therapy session and I felt very calm and safe. I really appreciate how my problems were heard
A great listener and easy to talk to. Love every session of hers!
Good session
Session was good!
Alana is a wonderful listener. I've had two sessions with her, and the insights she shared were truly valuable. She explained things clearly and helped me to understand my situation in a better way. It made a lots of sense. I would love to continue taking more sessions with her.

I've started my sessions with Dr. George Joseph. He made me feel at ease discussing my concerns. I look forward to each session and hope this will help resolve my issues moving forward
Dr George Joseph is knowledgeable, understand the real psychological issue of us, helping us acting as if my family member ,helping my son , clearing unnecessary inhibitions. Thank you
Dr George Joseph is very knowledgeable, true counselling psychologist.
His approach is working well , providing comfort.
Just the therapist i was looking for. He is really give sound advice…and actually motivates you to make changes in life positively….
Good recommendations, need to work using those to see the effects
The first session was introductory only. Hopeful for future sessions.
Just started
Started counseling today. I felt comfortable sharing my issues with him and was hopeful he would be able to help me manage what I am going through.
I started counseling here during one of the lowest phases of my life, after my divorce. I was struggling emotionally and with certain personal habits that affected my peace and confidence. The sessions have been truly life-changing. My counselor listens without judgment and helps me rebuild myself with patience and practical guidance. Over time, I’ve felt stronger, calmer, and more in control of my life. Mental health support is still avoided by many, but seeking help is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Healing is possible — you just need to take that first step
Very receptive in listening

I started therapy when I was about to move cities for a new job and felt completely unprepared emotionally. Akshaya’s calm, structured sessions helped me reduce my anxiety and adapt without falling apart. She makes things feel manageable.
I didn’t know how to process emotions other than anger. Akshaya helped me trace the root of that and express myself better. She’s calm, logical, and empathetic.
She's really intuitive
I was constantly overthinking and scared of being judged. Akshaya Indhu helped me understand the root of this fear and slowly work through it. Her sessions gave me clarity and comfort—I felt heard, not judged.
Akshaya Indhu’s therapy sessions have completely shifted how I view myself. With her help, I’ve challenged negative beliefs and developed a more positive self-image. I now feel more confident and comfortable with who I am.
After isolating myself for a while, I sought help from her. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and helped me work on my social skills. I’m more engaged with others now, thanks to her support.
She helped me tackle my procrastination habits. She gave me practical tools to stay focused and manage my time better. I’m now much more productive and motivated.
Counseling with Akshaya Mam was fantastic. From the start, she made me feel comfortable sharing my worries. She understand me, provide tips like mindfulness and breathing exercises, that I could easily integrate into my daily routine. I now handle stress much better and feel more balanced. Thank you, Akshaya Mam.
Akshaya Mam was great in helping me with my depression.
I am really glad, I found this service and I found Akshaya, she is extremely patient and listens to me about what I have to say, and she has been extremely understanding with our sessions, I definitely recommend her from my end.
