Lisa Ma’am was very supportive and encouraged me to understand the problem.
From the very first session, she created a safe, non-judgmental space where we both felt heard and respected. Her approach is professional yet very empathetic, making it easy to open up about difficult topics. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for guidance.
Sessions with Lisa helped me see through things clearly and move forward. It was easy talking to her, no judgement. She came up with alternative ways to handle the situation. I wished I had done this sooner but it is never too late.
When my partner and I first reached out to Lisa, we were both guarded, exhausted, and honestly unsure whether therapy could help us. We had tried talking things through on our own for months, but we kept hitting the same walls. Booking that first virtual session was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made as a couple.
From the very beginning, Lisa created an environment where both of us felt genuinely heard, even through a screen. Not judged, not rushed, and never made to feel like one of us was “the problem.” We were skeptical at first about whether online sessions could feel as personal or effective as in-person therapy, but Lisa put those doubts to rest almost immediately. That human connection came through effortlessly.
We both came in with very different communication styles and emotional needs, and she navigated that with remarkable skill and sensitivity. What stood out most was the structured yet deeply personal approach. Sessions never felt like generic advice or textbook exercises. Lisa took the time to truly understand our dynamic, our history, and what we each needed to feel safe in the relationship. She gave us practical tools we could actually use in everydaylife, not just during our sessions.
There were appointments that were difficult and emotionally raw, and even virtually, Lisa held that space with professionalism and warmth in equal measure. She challenged us when we needed it, and supported us when we were vulnerable. That balance of honesty and compassion is rare and the fact that she delivered it all online made it even more impressive.
Several months later, we communicate better, argue less destructively, and genuinely enjoy each other again. Our relationship isn’t perfect, no relationship is but we now have the tools and the trust in each other to work through hard moments without falling apart.
I am truly grateful to Lisa Shukla ma’am for her guidance and support. She has an exceptional ability to listen patiently, understand deeply, and analyze my mental barriers, challenges, and inhibitions—especially when I feel stuck in difficult situations.
Her approach is always logical, practical, and easy to apply in real life. At the same time, she remains kind, empathetic, and genuinely supportive, which makes a significant difference.
Thank you so much, ma’am, for your valuable guidance. It truly means a lot.
To much satisfied with this session and her nature is too good. If you need any counselling session I suggest you to take it, from Lisa Shukla Mam .

Ms. Lisa was amazing with me. 1st session and she made me feel heard. Will take into account all she has suggested. Thanking her from the bottom of my heart. Looking forward to more sessions.
This was my first session with any psychologist & obviously with her and so little worried. But I felt comfortable when the discussion started and liked to have her guidance in place. In due course would like to have few more sessions with her.

The session was helpful and we appreciate the guidance given for managing behavior.
This was my 1st session in three years. again battling with negative thoughts and anger episodes. talked with krishna ma'am and it was such a relief to talk to her. multiple suppressed thoughts, I had expressed in session. she literally listened patiently and suggested me things which i will surely put into practice. I truly appreciate the support and the safe space she provided during the session.
She understand the problem better than anyone else
She was spot on with all my unresolved queries
I didn’t realize how much my childhood had shaped my present behaviour, especially in relationships. Krishna ma’am made me feel heard and gently helped me access emotions I had buried for years. Her approach is both comforting and deep.
I had a lot of anxiety when speaking in groups or even expressing my needs. Krishna ma’am helped me understand where this fear came from and guided me through tools that made a real difference. Her sessions felt both safe and empowering.

I would love to thank miss foram zaveri ma'am. It was my first session with her yesterday and even though it was my first time in therapy she made me so comfortable to the point I was able to share her details about my lives that I have never ever told people/ things I have only shared to people after spending years with me. She has given me some task inorder to reach my goals and I will fulfill every single task because I really want to improve as a person
I tried online counseling with Foram Zaveri for stress management, and it was incredibly helpful. I’m much more at ease and feel in control now.
