For a starter, I felt it easy to talk to her which made the session flow naturally. That's all for now but I look forward to more sessions
Very supportive
Lisa Ma’am was very supportive and encouraged me to understand the problem.
From the very first session, she created a safe, non-judgmental space where we both felt heard and respected. Her approach is professional yet very empathetic, making it easy to open up about difficult topics. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for guidance.
Sessions with Lisa helped me see through things clearly and move forward. It was easy talking to her, no judgement. She came up with alternative ways to handle the situation. I wished I had done this sooner but it is never too late.
When my partner and I first reached out to Lisa, we were both guarded, exhausted, and honestly unsure whether therapy could help us. We had tried talking things through on our own for months, but we kept hitting the same walls. Booking that first virtual session was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made as a couple.
From the very beginning, Lisa created an environment where both of us felt genuinely heard, even through a screen. Not judged, not rushed, and never made to feel like one of us was “the problem.” We were skeptical at first about whether online sessions could feel as personal or effective as in-person therapy, but Lisa put those doubts to rest almost immediately. That human connection came through effortlessly.
We both came in with very different communication styles and emotional needs, and she navigated that with remarkable skill and sensitivity. What stood out most was the structured yet deeply personal approach. Sessions never felt like generic advice or textbook exercises. Lisa took the time to truly understand our dynamic, our history, and what we each needed to feel safe in the relationship. She gave us practical tools we could actually use in everydaylife, not just during our sessions.
There were appointments that were difficult and emotionally raw, and even virtually, Lisa held that space with professionalism and warmth in equal measure. She challenged us when we needed it, and supported us when we were vulnerable. That balance of honesty and compassion is rare and the fact that she delivered it all online made it even more impressive.
Several months later, we communicate better, argue less destructively, and genuinely enjoy each other again. Our relationship isn’t perfect, no relationship is but we now have the tools and the trust in each other to work through hard moments without falling apart.
I am truly grateful to Lisa Shukla ma’am for her guidance and support. She has an exceptional ability to listen patiently, understand deeply, and analyze my mental barriers, challenges, and inhibitions—especially when I feel stuck in difficult situations.
Her approach is always logical, practical, and easy to apply in real life. At the same time, she remains kind, empathetic, and genuinely supportive, which makes a significant difference.
Thank you so much, ma’am, for your valuable guidance. It truly means a lot.
To much satisfied with this session and her nature is too good. If you need any counselling session I suggest you to take it, from Lisa Shukla Mam .

Very caring and non judgemental
Best in her field.
The session was very eye opening and enlightening for me. I felt very heard and my psychologist helped me a lot after listening to me with patience. I look forward to more sessions.
I am completely satisfied with the session. She is an amazing psychologist and a very patient listner. Her tasks are very helpful. To who so ever is planning for a session with a psychologist, I strongly recommend her .
It was a wonderful beginning. The psychologist was patient and offered valuable insights that made me realise I had made the right decision.
It was extremely valuable for me to my related field of attending the session. I had initially made some mental notes of valuable suggestions and immediately wrote it down in diary dedicated for this session and have already started implementing the directives of Madam Paramita. Looking forward for a next session with prior appointment soon since this was my first interacting session. I'm highly satisfied
Had a good therapeutic session!
She is skilled and caring.
I value Paramita's M. insight and caring. She helped me a lot with her kind and calm approach. She gave me many good advices and shows ways to help me understand my situation and how to deal with it. I appreciate her wisdom and I'm also happy with the Manochikitsa support team helping me to book the sessions.
