I am Pratiksha Kulkarni, a Counseling Psychologist with extensive experience in providing both online and offline therapy. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals navigating challenges related to anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship issues, work-life balance, and life transitions. My practice is guided by the belief in ethical, confidential, and client-centered care, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
I have worked in diverse settings including corporate mental health programs, psycho-oncology, digital mental health platforms, and private practice. My professional journey has also involved facilitating group workshops, training sessions, and wellness programs for organizations, alongside contributing to academic research in counseling psychology.
In addition to therapy, I am committed to continuous learning, having pursued advanced training in Couple and Family Therapy, ACT, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
