    Like us our adolescent children may have issues which directly or indirectly affect their mental health that can also have a significant impact on their growth and development. Therefore, counselling is recommended. If you notice your young children upset, or having some problem, get them a psychologist. I suggest Miss Shabnam Firdus for adolescent counselling sessions.     I support this notion that talking to a psychologist eases our pain and suffering. I am glad that I found the best psychologist, Mrs. Shabnam Firdus, for my online counselling. She can be found at the platform of Manochikitsa. When I broke up with my girlfriend, I never thought I would make my way out of that depressed life but I thank Manochikitsa for assigning such a great professional to me. I took video call sessions conducted by her and within a few sessions, I saw results. I felt well after a very long time. She also advised me to utilize my energy in a productive way. She asked me to follow my passion and I joined the gym that I left two years ago due to mental instability. I did it after she motivated me for following my passion.
