Prerna Khatri Profile
As a RCI-licensed psychologist and rehabilitation counselor, currently pursuing my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. With hands-on experience in clinical settings and a deep commitment to mental health, I am dedicated to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to support individuals through empathetic listening, evidence-based techniques, and a holistic understanding of psychological well-being.
Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with diverse populations in both clinical and virtual settings—ranging from psychiatric hospitals to wellness studios—developing a strong foundation in diagnosis, mental status examinations (MSE). Using tailored-interventions, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, I equip individuals with tools to manage emotions, reframe negative thoughts, and regain control over their lives.
I believe in creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel heard and empowered to heal and grow. Whether you’re navigating any emotional problems, relationship issues, career related issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. Let’s work together to build resilience, rediscover your strengths, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
