Chatura Nagarjuna

Chatura Nagarjuna is a psychologist who has worked in mental health and addiction field extensively. She is very passionate about what she does and works closely in helping individuals to improve their mental health and in promoting lifestyle changes and inculcate healthier habits in daily life. Having over 20 years of experience in the field of counselling, she has done her Master’s in Psychology and an additional post-graduation in Counselling and Family therapy. She has an excellent ability to make independent judgments for complex cases and provide individual and family counselling services. She employs her skills to identify all the aspects of a person’s – psychological, personal, cultural as well as spiritual life. She also has experiences in Suicide Prevention, Emotional Disorders and Drug Abuse Prevention. She has experiences in psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Motivation Enhancement Therapy, Emotion Focused Couple therapy, Family therapy and Interpersonal psychotherapy.
