Ma'am was very patient and listened to everything I had to say keenly.
I have just started my sessions with Alana , and I find her very good, she brings in a very calm energy which makes me feel more comfortable to open up to her .
Doctor was very patient and listened to me but somewhere I felt like the session was too time bound. I expressed my emotions but I did not get the mending I required, I poured my soul but I couldn't get any consolation or could not build a connection with the doctor. It felt like if the doctor could take atleast 5 more minutes to console me I would have felt a lot better. She was a nice person but it felt like there was a connection missing.I am confused about setting a new session.
It was really nice to attend the session, and I am feeling a bit more relaxed now. After almost three years, I was finally able to express myself to someone and share everything. I really was feeling comfortable at all in the session and i really liked the way mam had conversation with me and i really liked the way she was carefully noticing all the things but still i have to say something that atleast you guys are doing a great work and it would be great if you could extend the session a bit to 1 hours instead of 45 minutes it would be far better to have those sessions of 1 hours as even sometimes college students are even attending those sessions and i really want to say you are a great job by perfectly diagnosing mental health issues of someone is suffering from...
It was first session and overall it was very nice.
Alana is amazing! She asks the best questions and guides me naturally back to myself and my inner voice.
It was a good introduction session in general. We did not discuss any tools due to time limitations, so hopefully the next sessions will be more helpful
I’m now on my third session with Alana and I’m genuinely amazed at how much progress we’ve made in such a short time. Even though she is quite young, she is incredibly skilled, insightful and works with really effective tools and methods.
I’ve previously been in therapy with two other psychologists (together more than 12 sessions) and never got nearly as far as I have with her already. She very quickly identified the core of my issues and we are now working concretely and purposefully with them using different techniques that really suit me.
It feels safe, professional, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel that I’m moving forward. If you’re looking for someone who is sharp, committed and really good at what she does – book her.
Great session!
She was so patient and present to listen to all that I had to share, perhaps on repeat too! Felt really heard and seen. And suggested some useful interventions to help me with my hyper vigilance.
