    While looking back, I sometimes laugh at myself and just ask myself, “Everything seems easy when you know how to do it”. While having online counselling sessions with Harshita mam, I learnt the truth of what I just quoted. I remember how I ruined everything when I was suffering from anxiety.     I had anger issues since adolescence but my parents just punished me for misbehavior that I used to do out of my anger. Later in college, my anger issues grew more and more and made my life messy. I really felt the need to control my anger issues when I started working with a reputed company.     I’d suggest to all of you to seek help when you find yourself struggling with stress otherwise you might face some severe issues in the future. It would be best if you seek help after seeing the first red flag as a threat to your mental health. However I regretted being late for seeking health but counselling helped me to get through it.
