    Sir mere dimag me bar bar ek jaise thoughts aate he jis se dar lage. halaki mujhe pata he vo sach nahi hone wale lekin mera man nahi manta or me bechain rehta hu. aisa din me bahut bar hota he. bar bar chhezo ko dekhta hu ki sahi se rakhi he yani rakhi. me apni is aadat se kaafi pareshan hu. net par dekha to pta chala ki ise OCD kehte he. please mujhe kuch suggestions de taki me is bahar aa saku.

    Jo apko ho raha he iska ek proper treatment hai. Me apko yahi advise karunga ki jab bhi aap free ho, kisi psychologist ys psychiatrist  se appointment le aur proper treatment le. me aapko kuch chize bata deta  hu, jisse apko rozana follow karna hoga, aur is se aap ko kafi farak padega.

    * Sabse pehle apne thought pr dhyan dijiye ki kahan vo galat ja raha hai. Jaise hi apke mind m ata h ki mene sai jagah rakha hai saman ya nahi?, ussi samay aapne aap se kahiye ki mene sai jagah rakha hai, mujhe khud pr vishwas hai. M sara kam ek bar m hi sai kr leta hu, yeh apne man m repeat kariye.

    * Aap khud sochiye ki jo aap soch rahe h kya vo sai hai? Usse aap ko kya ho jaega agar apne vapas ja kar check nahi kara.

    * Jab bhi aapki bechani apse control na ho rahi ho tab aap khud soche ki m ocd ka patient hu, mujhe apna behaviour sai karna hoga.

    * Apna dhayan kahin aur lagane ki koshish kare jab bhi bechani mehsoos ho.

    * 10 lambi saan lijiye aur apne aap ko shant kijiye.

    * Ek paper par apni sari chintaye likhiye aur uske kya kya solution ho sakte h vo likhiye.

    * Apni ankhoon ko band kar ke, apni sansoon par dhayan lagaiye. Meditation kare.

    * Apni chinta karne ka time rakh le, abse 10 minutes tak chinta karunga uske baad nahi, uske baad apne bare m 5 achi quality likhe.

    * Yadi aapke pass apni problem ka soution hai toh chinta kis baat ki hai? Yahi solution nahi hai toh chinta karne ka faeda kya h? Ye buddha ji ne kaha hai.

    * Roz subha walk par jae, exercise kare.

    * Acha khana khae. Raat ko halka khana khae.

    * Timely se so jae.

    * Din m koi bhi 3 act of kindness kare. Esse apko bahut satisfied feel hoga.
