I am an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes in working by creating a warm and evocative environment for my clients. I am an alumnus of the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS); experienced in working with a broad range of clients across age groups. I did my Bachelors in Psychology from Gargi College and Masters in Applied Psychology, DU.I aim to provide a safe space for everyone to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions using approaches from several therapies.

I believe in a collaborative effort and my heart lies in aiding clients battling psychological issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosomatic concerns, personality disorders, substance abuse, and sexual disorders as well as those exploring their sexual and gender identities.

I am well versed in different forms of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based therapies and behavioural interventions. I am a keen learner who keeps herself updated with new developments and I believe that the therapeutic process is often tailor-made for each person who sets foot in it.

I have always been interested in the study of the intricacies of human behaviour because I feel that mental problems create dysfunctions distressing the people from inside unknowingly and psychology is a stimulating and engaging field.
